Airports Authority of India Strives to Make India Drug Free

2nd year in a row, Airports Authority of India (AAI) extended their support for the 14th Run against Drug Abuse which was organized by Health fitness Trust on the occasion of International Day against Drug Abuse at India Gate, on June 26.

As promised, AAI employees with their families led by Mr. S. Raheja, Chairman-in-charge came in large numbers and participated in the event with full of energy and vigor. Speaking while participating in Walkathon, Mr. S. Raheja said that their whole team is very passionate and enthusiastic to be present here. He also added that the people need to be sensitized about this and AAI has undertaken these activities at all 125 airports across the country today. He also said that even if we are not able to completely eliminate this menace, our efforts will surely minimize the impact of drugs on individuals, families and society at large.

Also present among the participants, Mr. Anuj Agarwal, Member HR, Airports Authority of India said on behalf of 17000 employees of AAI, "We are committed to fight against this menace and request the youth to “SAY NO TO DRUGS’ for the first time and every time.”
